Welcome to the second oldest continuously operating bar in Phoenix, formerly Mary’s Place, The Great Escape and The Trail’s End Tavern (because Indian School turned into a dirt road at 40th Street). The Womack is our tribute to the historic Phoenix 60’s lounge Chez Nous; known for its classic cocktails and soulful music. Fondly named after the original Chez Nous owners, Andy and Maureen Womack, we brought back that dimly lit vintage bar that became a staple throughout the decades, and forever remains in Phoenix’s memory.
